Event Planning Packages

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This complementary initial consultation is just for us for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. We can help guide you, if needed, to identify your taste, style, budget, and vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a great starting point for your planning.


DAY OF COORDINATION - Starting at $895

We want you to enjoy your event. This package is designed for people that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their event finally arrives. Your “Day of Coordinator” will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.

Event planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Initial consultation (should be at least one (1) month prior to the event date)
  • Accompany you to a thorough walkthrough of the chosen venue
  • Day of management for a total of 6 hours from the planner's arrival 
  • Lead coordinator and up to 1 assistant for the event
  • (client created) Timeline revisions, finalization, management, and distribution
  • Thorough vendor management
  • Call to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery
  • Handle clients' “final touches”, such as:
    • Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift table
  • Assist with the direction of guest seating for the event
  • UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE


FULL EVENT PLANNING - Starting at $1,695

  • Initial consultation (should be at least three (3) months prior to the event date)
  • Comprehensive meeting to get an understanding of your vision, style, and design preferences 
  • Accompany you to 3 site visits of possible venues
  • Design support for all aspects of the event
  • Day of management for a total of 8 hours from the planner's arrival
  • Lead coordinator and up to 1-2 assistants for the event (staffing dependent on guest count)
  • Create a detailed timeline of events and distribute it accordingly, if applicable
  • Floor Plan creation and management (as needed)
  • Vendor management and recommendations
  • Call to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery
  • Handle distribution of payment to each vendor 
  • Handle clients' “final touches,” such as:
    • Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift table
  • Assist with the direction of guest seating for the event
  • UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE


ABOVE AND BEYOND EVENT PLANNING - Starting at $2,995

  • All services from the Day of Coordination and Full Event Planning Packages (should be at least six (6) months prior to the event date)
  • Help create a custom design and mood board
  • Accompany you on all site visits
  • Lead coordinator and up to 3-4 assistants for the event (staffing dependent on guest count, fees included)
  • Help with creating all of the event items (invitations, programs, menus, etc.)
  • Help with booking and negotiating hotel slots for guests, if applicable
  • Help to organize RSVP's
  • Help to send "thank you" message after the event 
  • UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE
