Wedding Coordination Packages
INITIAL CONSULTATION
This complementary initial consultation is just for us for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. We can help guide you, if needed, to identify your taste, style, budget, and vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a great starting point for your planning.
DAY OF COORDINATION - Starting at $1,495
We want you to enjoy your day. This package is designed for couples that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their wedding day finally arrives. Your “Day of Coordinator” will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.
- Initial consultation (should be at least one (1) month prior to the event date)
- Accompany you to a thorough final walkthrough of the chosen venue
- Day of management for a total of 8 hours from the lead coordinator’s arrival
- Lead coordinator for the wedding
- Staffing dependent on guest count; if more are needed, additional fees may apply
- (client created) Timeline revisions, finalization, management, and distribution
- Finalize and confirm vendor list/products and management on the day of (times of arrival/delivery, etc.)
- Assist with dress rehearsal for bridal party and VIPs
- Handle client “final touches”, such as:
- Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift table, Guest book
- Assist with the direction of guest seating for the ceremony and reception
- Access to wedding day emergency kit
- UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE
FULL WEDDING COORDINATION - Starting at $3,495
- Initial consultation (should be at least six (6) months prior to the event date)
- Accompany you to 3 site visits of possible venues and thorough final walkthrough of the chosen venue
- Day of management for a total of 10 hours from the lead coordinator's arrival
- Lead coordinator and 1-2 assistants for the wedding
- Staffing dependent on guest count; if more are needed, additional fees may apply
- Create a detailed timeline of events and distribute it accordingly
- Monthly Check-In meetings
- General Floor Plan creation and management (as needed)
- Finalize and confirm vendor list and management on the day of
- Coordinate and lead dress rehearsal with bridal party and VIPs
- Handle distribution of final payment/tips to all vendors
- Handle client “final touches,” such as:
- Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift table, Guest book
- Assist with the direction of guest seating for the ceremony and reception
- Access to wedding day emergency kit
- Consulting services and professional advice for all aspects of the wedding
- Access to wedding day emergency kit
- UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE
ABOVE AND BEYOND WEDDING COORDINATION - Starting at $5,495
- All services from the Day of Coordination and Full Wedding Coordination Packages
- Initial consultation (should be at least twelve (12) months prior to the event date)
- Help create and manage wedding website
- Assist with invitation design and creation
- Accompany you to all final meetings: fittings, tastings, and site visits/walkthroughs
- Lead coordinator and 2-3 assistants for the wedding
- Staffing dependent on guest count; if more are needed, additional fees may apply
- Review all final plans and recommend backup vendors if needed
- Advanced 3D Floor Plan creation and management (as needed)
- Organize transportation coordination for you and your guests
- Book and negotiate hotel slots for guests
- RSVP's management and logistics
- Help sending digital "thank you" cards after the wedding
